Use the Manfrotto 357 Rapid Connect Adapter to retrofit your video head with quick release capability for your camera rig. The adapter includes a 357-1 Sliding Plate and it incorporates both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting to a tripod head or other support.
