The Manfrotto 357PLV-1 Sliding Plate is a quick release camera plate compatible with Manfrotto's 526 Fluid Video Head and 357 Rapid Connect Adapter. This plate includes two each 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screws, providing secure two-point mounting on your camera. This plate's anti-twist pin deters camera rotation when using a single screw and its rubber plug prevents the plate screws from falling out when not mounted on the camera.
